Probably a useless Layer since it only works in a 16dimensional Feature Space. Similar to gortho, but uses a (fixed) Permutation Matrix.

Arguments

• gs: The Number of Nodes of the Graph (Graph Size)
• param: The Number of Features in each Feature vector
